Nothing up front. No monthly fee, no setup fee, and no charge for uploads or storage. Khebretk takes 5% of each sale, and only when a sale happens. Sell nothing this month and you owe nothing.

Three things. A course — video lessons with sections and downloadable material. A file — a PDF, a template, a pack. Or consulting — a live one-to-one session you deliver yourself. You choose the type when you create a product, and it cannot be changed afterwards, because the three are not the same product wearing different labels.

Into Vodafone Cash or InstaPay. A sale clears seven days after the buyer pays — the window in which a card payment can still be reversed — and then becomes withdrawable. Request a transfer once your available balance reaches 1,000 EGP; transfers usually complete in three to five days.

Yes, on every product, and you can change a price whenever you want. A change never affects someone who has already bought.

You claim a subdomain when you start selling — yourname.khebretk.com — and it is yours. You can move to a different one later from your store profile, once every 30 days; the old address keeps working and redirects to the new one, so links you have already shared do not break.

Arabic first. The whole platform is right-to-left by default, in Egyptian Arabic, and English is there for anyone who prefers it. Your store keeps its own language regardless of which one you read the dashboard in.

Open the seller's page, pick what you want, and pay by card or wallet. What you buy appears in your account straight away — courses and files to open whenever you like, a consulting session as a booking with the seller.

Refunds follow the platform's refund policy, which is linked at the bottom of every page. Digital products are not automatically refundable once they have been downloaded or watched, so read the product page before you buy — and message the seller on WhatsApp if you are unsure.

Yes, and it is a single account, not two. Switch between buying and selling from the menu in the header. A seller can buy from another seller, or from their own store, and it is the same login either way.

On WhatsApp. A buyer shares their number at checkout and you get a message button beside every order, so a question about a purchase does not have to go through us.

Only from them. A review can be left by someone who has actually paid for the product, and sellers cannot edit or delete one. That asymmetry is the entire reason a rating on Khebretk is worth reading.
